Photos are meant for display, whether it’s of your family or a piece of artwork you bought. Photographs look best framed and on walls for everyone to appreciate.
I like to think of my home as a personal gallery, a private art collection. If I had millions of dollars, I would spend it on art. Also, I would spend my money on buying land and giving more public access to the beauty of our world, but that’s a blog post for another day.
With my dreams of having a personal gallery in mind, I made a roundup post of all my favorite places to buy frames.
My absolute favorite place to buy frames is World Market. Their frames are from ethically sourced natural materials with intricate designs. They are modern and sleek while also having that natural feel to them. I also love the colors and texture which world market frames always have.
Here are some of my favorites currently available. (These are not affiliate links, just frames I like.)
Next is Crate and Barrel. Their frames are more traditional, simple, and come in neutral colors. So if you like everything to match in a collection of photographs buying a set from Crate and Barrel is the way to go.
My favorite thing about frames at Crate and Barrel is that they sell framesets. The sets are created with the perfect sizes and have a fun layout built-in for you. Some of my favorites are listed below.
For affordable modern frames, Target is my favorite option. I love their desktop frames because they are always so stylish.
Last but not least are two places because they offer close to the same product. I love products that are recycled. Finding old objects and making something new is one of my hobbies and these companies have frames made from reclaimed wood.
Here is one of my favorite prints from a landscape collection framed. It makes a world of difference when you print a photo and have it framed. Framed photos look so much more classy. Framed photos dress up a space like you hired an interior designer.
